APPLEBEE'S: Eating good in the neighborhood?

Applebees offers 3 different types of sauces for their wings. They have classic, hot and barbecue. On this particular night, I had classic. The classic had a little bit of spice to them. They also had too much sauce for my taste. They were completely soaked. The wings were juicy and the serving size was good. The wings are a decent appetitizer but not a main attraction.

Applebees wing rating: 5

  1. I wasn't impressed either. The Hot sauce was actually good. It had a traditional flavor, almost gave me a little cough, ALMOST. The classic was not bad, but lacked that good kick. BBQ flavor was blah, not really worth it. One thing I noticed in the wings though, very dry! Not a good prospect. The boneless bites on the other hand, were moist. The best bet at Applebees, Hot Boneless Bites. Anything else would be uncivilized... - AB Chef AL

  2. I must say, the "hot" wings were not bad at all last sunday when the Giants beat the cowboys... 25 cents per wing aint bad either...!!
